How do I add a caregiver?+
Go to Settings > Caregivers and share your 6-character family code. The caregiver downloads Starli, creates an account, and enters the code to join your family.
How do I import my calendar?+
Go to Settings > Import Calendar. You can sync Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or upload an .ics file from any calendar app.
Can caregivers see everything?+
Caregivers see the schedule, tasks, notes, and emergency card. They cannot edit the schedule, manage children, or change family settings. Only parents and co-parents have full access.
How do stars work?+
Parents set up daily chores (like "brush teeth" or "make bed"). Any caregiver can log stars when a child completes a task. Stars are tracked on a weekly leaderboard.
Is my family data private?+
Yes. Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Only people you invite with your family code can see your family information. We never sell or share your data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated family data. This action cannot be undone.
What is included in the free plan?+
1 child, 1 caregiver, weekly schedule, star tracking, emergency card, and meal planning. No credit card required.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will receive a link to set a new password.
